Note: All meetings are open to the public in compliance with the Alabama
Sunshine Law except when discussing the specific name and good
reputation of an individual.
The Agenda is finalized two weeks prior to each meeting. Therefore,
requests to address the board must be sent at least two weeks prior to
the board meeting date in writing to the board office with the topic to
be discussed outlined. The Board Chair will then review the request and
if time allows, place it on the Agenda with a specific time allotment.
If time constraints do not allow for a presentation to the board; the
item will be placed on the agenda for the next scheduled board meeting.
Board Member Notice: Board Members will receive an additional reminder
of the board meeting at least one week prior to the meeting date with
the Finalized Agenda and Minutes.
